Sleep

Learn how and why we sleep. The Ayurvedic approach to sleep and how we can create better sleep hygiene. The module finishes with a short blissful Yin practice and Yoga Nidra

Stress

This module provides insight into what happens to our bodies under stress and how we can move through the stress cycle instead of getting stuck in activation. You get an understanding of your own resilience window and how you might increase it.

Breath

Find out why humans are the worst breathers on the planet, how our nose and mouth play a bigger role than we think. You will walk away with breathing techniques that soothe the nervous system and help you return to centre. The module finishes with a Conscious Connected Breath session with a Breathwork Facilitator.

Movement

Get ready to move! Along with shaking our tail in this module we discover why we move, what happens when we move together, & why women need to lift weights.

Nourishment

Nourishing the body is all about what we eat AND what we put on our skin. Learn about S.O.U.L food and why Senha is oily love.

Rhythms and Rituals

The final module brings it all together and helps cement 1 or 2 practical things into your daily routine that start to transform the way we see ourselves.
